You have a [functional] product, which is a nightmare to use?!
The reason lies probably on the fact that some of the smart guys [senior management] at the product's company higher floors is never using these type of products.
Lately I had in hand a Nokia latest phone [100E. price range] and I found out that you cannot even copy and paste data from one place to another. Nokia, pleaseeee! wake up! everyday we use the copy&paste function on our computers.
Step on others' feet! it is simple to see the world from someone else's eyes. That's emphaty.
